Abstract

âº Treatment options for neutrophilic airway inflammation are limited. âº Inhaled LPS challenge is used to study neutrophil-predominant airway inflammation. âº Gamma Tocopherol, Î³T, is a candidate targeting neutrophilic inflammation. âº Oral Î³T supplementation reduced LPS-induced airway neutrophils in rats and humans.
