Abstract
⺠We evaluated whether 17β-estradiol (E2) and steady-state [H2O2] have antiapoptotic effects on endometrial cells. ⺠High levels of H2O2 can initiate responses to limit or repair oxidative damage. ⺠H2O2 and E2 play key roles in cell division, differentiation, and proliferation. ⺠H2O2 is a signaling molecule downregulating apoptosis in endometrial cells.
