Abstract
⺠ATN-224 decreases SOD1 and CcOX activity in lymphoma cell culture models. ⺠ATN-224 induces death independent of antioxidant defense enzyme and Bcl-2 levels. ⺠ATN-224 increases oxidants and induces peroxynitrite-dependent cell death. ⺠Primary B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells were sensitive to ATN-224.
