Abstract
⺠HNO rapidly decreases vascular reactive oxygen species production in response to Nox2 stimuli. ⺠HNO decreases vascular reactive oxygen species production via a sGC-cGMP-independent mechanism. ⺠HNO attenuates Nox2-dependent vasoconstriction response to angiotensin II. ⺠HNO does not modify vascular reactive oxygen species production in Nox2-deficient mice.
