Abstract
⺠Nitroarachidonic acid exerts protective effects during macrophage activation. ⺠Nitroarachidonic acid can modulate phagocytic NADPH oxidase activity/assembly. ⺠Nitroarachidonic acid prevents the migration of cytosolic subunits to the membrane. ⺠Protective effects were also observed in an in vivo inflammatory model.
