Abstract
- This was a large prospective cohort study with people with Parkinson's disease.
- A MDS-UPDRS Part IIÂ >Â 14 points was shown to independently predict recurrent falls.
- A MDS-UPDRS Part IIÂ >Â 14 may replace a UPDRS ADLÂ >Â 12 in two falls predictive tools.
- Both a 3- and 5-predictor tool were highly accurate for predicting recurrent falls.
