Abstract
Our study demonstrated that the T allele, CT and TT genotype of IL4 rs2243250 (C/T) polymorphism may reduce the risk of MS in Caucasians population. The data suggested that the association of IL4 rs2243250 to MS risk in dominant model (ORÂ =Â 1.225, 95% CIÂ =Â 1.013-1.480, PÂ =Â 0.036).81
