Abstract
⺠At least 4300 human genes show age-related changes in expression. ⺠At least 623 of these show genotype by age interaction (G Ã AI) effects on expression. ⺠UBQLNL expression exhibits both cis- and trans-acting G Ã AI effects. ⺠A cis-regulatory SNP in UBQLNL is associated with lifetime risk of cancer.
