Abstract
⺠Sirtuins play a role on aging in a natural low-nitrogen and high-sugar growth medium. ⺠Sir2p and Hst2p role on aging depends on the growth medium used. ⺠Gcn5p is necessary for aldehyde dehydrogenase autophagy during nitrogen starvation. ⺠Autophagy shortens life span during grape juice fermentation. ⺠Partial TOR inhibition extends chronological life span through Gcn5p.
