Abstract
⺠Direct measurements suggest that ROS levels do not negatively affect lifespan. ⺠misc-1 mutants have high ROS levels but wild-type lifespan. ⺠gei-7 transcriptional levels are suggestive of longevity in mitochondrial mutants. ⺠gei-7 suppresses the longevity of clk-1 mutants.
