- Feeding dystonia, trunk spasms, head-drops and orolingual mutilations are distinctive features of ChAc.
- Severe dysarthria and dysphagia were considered the most limiting aspects of ChAc during early stages of the disease.
- Hyperkinetic movements give way to parkinsonism during follow up.
- Ten years after diagnosis only 50% of patients retain self-care abilities.
