Abstract
In the present paper, the full compressible Navier–Stokes–Maxwell equations are investigated in R3R3 and the large-time behavior of global smooth solutions is established. It is shown that both the density and the temperature converge to the equilibrium states with the same norm ‖⋅‖Hs−1‖⋅‖Hs−1, while the other unknown variables converge to the equilibrium states with weaker norms than ‖⋅‖Hs−1‖⋅‖Hs−1. This phenomenon on the charge transport shows the essential difference of the equations with the non-isentropic Euler–Maxwell and the isentropic Navier–Stokes–Maxwell equations.
