Abstract
We establish a blowup criterion for the two-dimensional (2D) full compressible Navier–Stokes system. The criterion is given in terms of the divergence of the velocity field only, and is independent of the temperature. The criterion tells that once the strong solution blows up, the L∞L∞-norm for the divergence of velocity blows up.
