Abstract
In this paper, the exponential stability of a class of singularly perturbed stochastic time-delay systems with impulse effect is considered. By using the comparison principle and time scale decomposition, a Lyapunov-based sufficient condition for exponential stability in mean square for a sufficiently small singular perturbation parameter εε is derived. Some known results are generalized and improved.
