Abstract
In this paper, a full non-Newtonian fluid model is considered. We establish the global (in time) existence and uniqueness of a strong solution for this problem, provided that the initial data satisfy a compatibility condition and the initial density is small in its H1H1-norm. The main condition is that the initial density need not be positive.
