Abstract
In this paper, with the help of qq-deformed hyperbolic functions, we successfully obtain a new variable separation solution for the (2+1)-dimensional higher-order Broer–Kaup system. On the basis of the variable separation solution and by selecting appropriate functions, some novel Jacobian elliptic wave structure and periodic wave evolutional behaviors are investigated.
