Abstract
Based on the stability analysis of the impulsive functional differential equation, the exponential synchronization of the complex dynamical network with a coupling delay and impulses is investigated in the paper. The criteria for the exponential synchronization are derived by the geometrical decomposition of network states and linear matrix inequality method. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed criteria.
