Effects of spiders’ predational delays in intensive agroecosystems

In this paper we develop a mathematical model for understanding the effect of time lags in the insect predation benefits for spiders in agroecosystems. Bifurcation of equilibria giving stable limit cycles are shown to occur as functions of the time delay.
