Abstract
The paper deals with the analysis of some of G.I. Marchuk's and R.V. Petrov's models of immune response of organism [Mathematical Models in Immunology, Nauka Publ, Moscow, 1985 (in Russian)]. The models are described by using the systems of functional-differential equations. In addition to the problems of stability the statement of problems of control for a simplest immunological model with temperature reaction of organism is also presented in the paper. Besides, the condition of asymptotic stability as a whole for the Marchuk–Petrov's model of immunophysiological reaction of defense and the properties of controllability and stabilization are analyzed as well.
