Moreau envelopes of ss-lower regular functions

The paper investigates various properties of Moreau envelopes and proximal mappings of ss-lower regular functions. In particular, for such a function on uniformly convex space, the Moreau envelope is shown to be differentiable with its derivative locally Hölder continuous.
