Abstract
⺠The proteolytic enzymes in the venom of four cone snails species were evaluated. ⺠All venom samples displayed proteolytic activity on gelatin. ⺠Protein expression was differential along the venom duct of Conus marmoreus. âºÂ Conoproteases participates in venom processing and envenomation of the prey.
