Abstract
⺠We evaluated the toxicity of an extract of Albizia bernieri on the embryos of medaka. ⺠The plant extract caused a dose-dependent reduction in embryo survival. ⺠Embryos exposed to an extract of A. bernieri displayed cerebral lesions. ⺠Cell lysis and the emergence of lysosomes were observed in the glial tissue.
