Abstract
► Toxicokinetic parameters of the Pacific ciguatoxin P-CTX-1 in rats after a single intravenous dose of 0.13 ng/g. ► The ciguatoxin activity was assessed over time in blood using the functional Neuro2a assay. ► Absolute P-CTX-1 oral and intraperitoneal bioavailabilities of 39% and 75%, respectively.
