Abstract
⺠On-line nano-liquid chromatography venom profiling with split to mass spectrometry. ⺠Typical venom amount needed for one analysis of around 2 h was <5 μg. ⺠Dendroaspis jamesoni venom analysis yielded 8 novel AChBP ligands. ⺠Naja annulifera venom analysis yielded 2 novel AChBP ligands. ⺠Naja nivea venom analysis yielded 4 novel AChBP ligands.
