Abstract
⺠The rhodocetin αβ subunit can specifically interact with platelet GPIb. ⺠The rhodocetin αβ effectively inhibits vWF induced platelet aggregation. ⺠The rhodocetin αβ itself does not activate platelets. ⺠Cross-linked rhodocetin αβ oligomers induce platelet agglutination and activation.
