Abstract
► The rhodocetin αβ subunit can specifically interact with platelet GPIb. ► The rhodocetin αβ effectively inhibits vWF induced platelet aggregation. ► The rhodocetin αβ itself does not activate platelets. ► Cross-linked rhodocetin αβ oligomers induce platelet agglutination and activation.
