Abstract
This paper is concerned with an existence result for periodic solutions for a class of fourth-order ordinary differential equations involving extended Fisher–Kolmogorov and Swift–Hohenberg equations, where, under a suitable growth condition on the nonlinear term, one proves an existence result by applying Mawhin’s continuation theorem.
