Abstract
We study Turing instability in a reaction–diffusion system of nn-species. We extend to a general nn by nn system, the result on the nonlinear dynamics of the Turing patterns for 2-species (Guo and Hwang, 2007) [1]. A sufficient condition for linear instability of the n×nn×n reaction–diffusion system is also derived.
