Abstract
⺠Chronic cough is one of the most common complaints necessitating secondary care referrals. ⺠Currently, treatments options are limited for this troublesome condition. ⺠Treatment options may be directed to central or peripheral targets. ⺠Novel agents in development includes nicotine receptor and TRP receptor antagonists.
