Abstract
⺠The scope of drug repurposing is not well appreciated by pediatricians. ⺠Drugs with known safety profiles will be more acceptable to providers and patients. ⺠Discovering new repurposing opportunities is a multidisciplinary task. ⺠An on-line forum for comprehensive listings of repurposed drugs may be useful.
