Abstract
The use of nanocarriers is gaining weight in the world of drug delivery, especially in cancer treatment. They allow an increase in the therapeutic efficacy of the drugs in the tumor, but they also can be used to improve their specificity and to prolong their mean circulation half-life. This review focuses on the latest discoveries in drug nanocarriers and their use in cancer treatment.155
