Abstract
In this paper we use conjugacy criteria for a half-linear ordinary differential equation to prove some nonexistence results for a partial differential equation with generalizedpp-Laplacian and mixed derivatives: div(A(x)‖∇y‖p−2∇y)+〈b(x),‖∇y‖p−2∇y〉+c(x)|y|p−2y+∑i=1mci(x)|y|pi−2y=e(x). The results can be used also to study equations with strongly non-radial potential c(x)c(x), since the usual dependence on the mean value of c(x)c(x) over a sphere can be replaced by a more general term.
