Abstract
Four different particle sizing methods were compared for their suitability to characterize homogeneous and heterogeneous siRNA polyplexes: dynamic light scattering (DLS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), and fluorescence correlation microscopy (FCS).
