Abstract
⺠A novel systems biology approach is used to model dendritic cell (DC) function. ⺠Modules (clusters) of co-expressed genes are derived from the ImmGen data set. ⺠Incorporating interaction data reveals regulatory networks underlying DC function. ⺠Resulting networks indicate several novel genes and interactions for future study.
