Abstract
⺠We designed primer pairs specific to each of five gerbil IGHC cDNAs. ⺠RT-PCR with these primers accurately estimated gerbil Ig isotype secreted by gerbil-mouse heterohybridomas. ⺠The primers sets allow isotype analysis and evaluation of humoral immunity of gerbil.
