Abstract
⺠Novel methodology for the purification of eosinophils from human bone marrow. ⺠Marrow- and blood-eosinophils exhibit similar activation kinetics. ⺠Cultured blood- and marrow-eosinophils show chemotaxis toward CXCL12. ⺠Marrow-eosinophils, unlike blood-eosinophils, express surface CXCR4.
