Abstract
⺠Eosinophil peroxidase (EPX)-based ELISA to assess for human eosinophils. ⺠EPX-based ELISA displays no cross-reactivity with other human peroxidases. ⺠EPX-based ELISA, unlike other commercially available assays, is eosinophil-specific. ⺠This EPX-based ELISA has utility with several diverse patient-derived fluid samples.
