Abstract
⺠A highly sensitive MAb specific for Cu2 + was produced. ⺠DF4 secreted antibody that bound tightly to Cu2 +-EDTA but not to metal-free EDTA. ⺠ELISA could be a useful tool to detect Cu2 + in environmental and human serum.
