Abstract
⺠A multiplex immune assay for screening of P. falciparum exposure is developed. ⺠An index is calculated from antibody titers against four P. falciparum antigens. ⺠The index is sensitive and reproducible. ⺠The index is comparable to IFAT for detection of exposure to P.falciparum.
