Abstract
⺠A new method was developed for TCR repertoire analysis in the common marmoset. ⺠This method was a very useful technique with high specificity and reproducibility. ⺠TCR repertoire was not different among tissues and among T cell subpopulations. ⺠This method has the potential to replace antibody-based flow cytometric analysis.
