Abstract
⺠Spurious binding between antibodies and Staphylococcus aureus occurs in infected tissues. ⺠F(abâ²) antibody use and blocking with human IgG prevent false-positive fluorescence. ⺠Blocking concentration of human IgG demonstrates a dose-response curve.
