Abstract

âº An economic and rapid ELISA assay for rat serum LBP quantification is established. âº Hepatic LBP expression is upregulated in livers after partial hepatectomy. âº Serum LBP levels are increased after partial hepatectomy. âº Serum LBP levels are positively correlated to the remnant liver mass, serum albumin and total protein levels.
