Abstract
⺠Quantitative glycan profiles of human IgG and its Fc-Fab portions are reported. ⺠Fab profile including the sialylated glycans is established for the first time. ⺠Fab profile contained highly sialylated and small amount of high-mannose glycans. ⺠Fc specific endoglycosidase S did not cleave the glycans with bisecting GlcNAc. ⺠Simple strategy for quantitative profiling of Fc and Fab glycans is described.
