Abstract
⺠Anti-HIV-1 antibodies 3D6 and 4B3 were isotype switched from IgG to IgA. ⺠Recombinant CHO suspension cells stably expressed both IgAs serum-free. ⺠Different IgA expression qualified them as an interesting purification tool. ⺠We established and compared two IgA purification protocols. ⺠VHH ligands purified IgA irrespective of heavy/light chain at high purity and yield.
