Abstract
⺠Transfer of a research CD38 flow cytometry assay to a routine PLG/CD4 testing laboratory. ⺠Stability of assay was tested and confirmed up to 48 h after venesection. ⺠Implementation at routine laboratory was successful. ⺠Assay is a reliable and real time supplementary test to viral load testing.
