Abstract
âºHigh avidity anti-EPX monoclonal antibodies were created by sensitizing EPX knockout mice. âºThe EPX-based ELISA displays no crossreactivity with other mammalian peroxidases such as MPO. âºAssessments using EPX-based ELISA demonstrate that EPX expression is eosinophil specific. âºEPX-based ELISA affords 10-times the sensitivity relative to competing enzymatic assays.
