Abstract
⺠Ex vivo analyses of human iNKT cells are complicated by their rarity in blood. ⺠We present a rapid and efficient method for iNKT cell purification. ⺠The method combines gradient centrifugation, magnetic bead separation and FACS. ⺠iNKT cells purified by this method show preserved effector functions in vitro.
