Abstract
⺠A TRIFMA was developed for quantification of human anti-αGal antibodies. ⺠Anti-αGal concentrations in plasma of healthy adults were investigated. ⺠Concentrations varied more than 400-fold between individuals. ⺠Concentrations varied less than 30 % over time in the individual. ⺠Anti-αGal Ig may reflect the ability to raise antibodies to carbohydrate antigens.
