Abstract
⺠This study showed a decreased CD127 expression on T cells in patients post-SCT. ⺠Higher absolute Tregs in patients with GvHD â¤Â grade I compared to those with II-IV. ⺠The Treg percentage was higher in patients with GvHD grade II-IV or disease relapse. ⺠A small advantage was observed applying additional CD127 in Treg determination. ⺠Advanced flowcytometry for naïve, effector- and central memory Treg detection.
