Abstract

âº Fc-protein-engineering enhances ADCC potency of scFv-Fc fusion proteins. âº Protein-engineered variants similar effective compared to glyco-engineered variants. âº Combined protein- and glyco-engineering synergistically enhanced CD16a binding. âº Double-engineering does not further enhance NK-cell mediated ADCC.
