Abstract
⺠Developed a method to identify T cell epitopes, critical tools for immunology. ⺠Uses bacterial expression libraries and solid-phase antigen delivery. ⺠Identified MHC class I restricted altered epitopes with super-agonist activities. ⺠Showed feasibility of screening expression library constructed from F. tularensis. ⺠Identified epitopes in Francisella pathogenicity proteins using new Gateway vector.
